ARCHES AND ARCHERIES
The arcade is understood as the architectural identity of the neighborhood.
We appreciate arches in the roundabout of Avda. Illustration, the Library, the Gymnasium, the Swimming pool and along the entire façade of the endowment building.
Cross-sectional accessibility is accentuated with more visible and illuminated entrances, as well as improving the paving and replacing changes in level with more accessible ramps.
ARCOS, ARCADAS Y ARQUERIAS
Se entiende la arcada como el elemento arquitectónico identitario del barrio.
Apreciamos arcos en la rotonda de la Avda. Ilustración, la Biblioteca, el Gimnasio, la Piscina y a lo largo de toda la fachada del edificio dotacional.
Se acentúa la accesibilidad transversal con accesos más visibles e iluminados, así como y mejorando la pavimentación y sustituyendo los cambios de nivel por rampas más accesibles.
SPECIES OF SPACES
Evoking the arcade as the architectural identity element, a three-dimensional structure of painted flat arches is proposed. The arcades configure different spaces that house diverse programs around a central atrium of relation, LA PLAZA.
The solution drawn from the spaces is one of the possible ones, and can be adapted later to adapt those spaces to other programs suggested by the community.
ESPECIES DE ESPACIOS
Evocando la arcada como el elemento arquitectónico identitario, se propone una estructura tridimensional de arcos de chapón pintado. Las arcadas configuran espacios diferentes que albergan programas diversos alrededor de un atrio central de relación, LA PLAZA.
La solución dibujada de los espacios es una de las posibles, pudiendo ser adaptada posteriormente para adecuar esos espacios a otros programas que la comunidad sugiera.
