The Floating House its elevated to see the sea. The circulation its totally externaland creates a shaded perimeter.
The Little House is where the guest sleep without AC as it is permanently shaded .
A Casa Flutuante é elevada para ver o mar. A circulação é totalmente externa e cria um perímetro sombreado.
A casinha é onde o hóspede dorme sem ar condicionado, uma vez que está permanentemente à sombra.
The house its designed to have the minimum carbono impact, the structure of the house it is designed in GLT timber, the interior partitions are built in dry wall and the slab its in painel wall.
The perimeter its composed by a wooden grid with moveable shutters made of Piasava courtains , re-interpretating a traditional element of the architecture of Bahia

A casa foi concebida para ter o mínimo de impacto do carbono, a estrutura da casa é em madeira MLC, as divisórias interiores são em dry wall e a laje em painel.
O perímetro é composto por uma grade de madeira com venezianas móveis de corte piaçava, reinterpretando um elemento tradicional da arquitetura baiana.
