Folhas sagradas it’s a pavilion inside a Hotel which it’s in front of a stunning beach populated by turtles and dolphins.
The Hotel makes from the respect for its location and its coexistence with nature, the reason, the origin and the flag of its hospitality experience.
The proposal it's and umbraculum created by three leaves of GLT timber and bamboo, a pavilion for the senses that tries to create his own ecosystem by the dialogue and the respect with the existing ecosystem.
Folhas sagradas é um pavilhão dentro de um hotel que se ergue sobre uma imponente praia habitada por tartarugas e golfinhos.
O Hotel faz desde o respeito à sua localização e sua convivência com a natureza, a razão, a origem e a bandeira de sua experiência hospitalar.
A proposta é um umbráculo formado por três folhas de madeira laminada e bambu, um pavilhão dos sentidos que tenta criar o seu próprio ecossistema através do diálogo e do respeito com o ecossistema existente.
During the day the sensuality of the curved GLT wood as well as the tactile beauty of the bamboo that supports the polycarbonate cover contrasts with the shadow projected by the geometry of the leaves. Sometimes a group of clouds eliminates the shadow for a while until they are moved away by the wind and the geometry of the leave is projected again on the floor like magic.
Durante o dia, a sensualidade da madeira laminada curvada e a beleza tátil do bambu que sustenta a capa de policarbonato contrastam com a sombra projetada pela geometria das folhas.
Às vezes, um grupo de nuvens remove a sombra por um tempo até que o vento as leva para longe e a geometria da folha e projetada de volta sobre o solo como se fosse magia.
During the night, the warm light it’s filtered through the polycarbonate, showing 3 sacred leaves from the terraces of the hotel’s villas.
The lamps are made with recycled parts of bamboo hanged with copper cylinders that expressed the passage of time by their greenish oxidation created by the salty winds from the ocean.
A system of refrigeration it's created by a system of copper pipes that evaporates aromatic water to the space, cooling the temperature.
À noite, a iluminação quente é filtrada pelo policarbonato, revelando as três folhas sagradas flutuando na natureza desde os terraços das vilas do hotel.
As lâmpadas são feitas com peças recicladas de bambu que pendem das vigas de madeira por meio de cilindros de cobre que expressam a passagem do tempo com sua oxidação esverdeada gerada pelos ventos salgados do oceano.
Um sistema de refrigeração com tubulação de cobre circula pelas folhas, evaporando a água aromática para o espaço e resfriando a temperatura.
The perception of the floating leaves as wells as their projected shadows remind us poetically of our commitment to life and to the preservation of other species that inhabit our planet, turning the tourist stay at the Hotel into an educational experience as well.
A percepção das folhas flutuantes iluminadas assim como suas sombras projetadas remetem poeticamente ao nosso compromisso com a vida e com a preservação das outras espécies que habitam o nosso planeta, tornando a estadia turística no Hotel também em uma experiência educativa.
The wooden columns on the perimeter of the leaves builds a classical seafront portico and are sculpted with an anthropomorphic shape with exactly the same height as The Caryatid porch of the Erechtheion of the Achropole , built in Athens, Greece in 420 BC.
As colunas de madeira do perímetro das folhas constroem um pórtico clássico voltado para o mar e são esculpidas em forma antropomórfica exatamente com a mesma altura da maravilhosa tribuna das cariátides do templo Erechtheion, construído em Atenas, Grécia em 420 aC. C.
Os materiais são madeira laminada de árvores de rápido crescimento de áreas de reflorestamento, bambu, pedra natural e piso drenante de areia branca que retorna a água do telhado para os lençóis freáticos. Todos os elementos naturais têm uma pegada de carbono quase nula .
The materials are GLT wood from fast-growing trees of reforestation areas, bamboo, natural stone and a white sand draining floor that returns the water of the roof to the soil aquifers, all natural elements with almost zero carbon impact.
The pavilion it's designed to be removable, transportable and recyclable in order to be committed with the principles of circular economy.
O pavilhão foi concebido para ser desmontável , transportável e reciclável, cumprindo com o necessário compromisso com os princípios da economia circular.
